Crashed one minute after being hit by Flak in the port engine whilst attacking a convoy off the Dutch coast. P/O Rollinson and P/O Day were observed getting out of their aircraft into a dinghy. However, there were no survivors and no bodies recovered and they are all commemorated on the Runnymede Memorial.
